“I was looking to find a position closer to home, but after several failed attempts at navigating LinkedIn, updating my profile, and revamping my resume I was ready to throw in the towel. My partner suggested a "job coach" and instantly connected me to Marlo who he had worked with previously during his own job search. She provided something I was in desperate need of and severely lacking; guidance and direction. She is a true mentor. What once took me ages to do, we were able to tackle in a few short weeks. A new job opportunity happened to present itself around this time and without her help I would have never been prepared to pursue it. Throughout our short journey together she was a great listener and helped me identify what was most important to me when looking at a prospective employer/job. Each session was well thought out, strategic, and personalized to my goals. My resume is once again relevant, my LinkedIn is not a total embarrassment, and I came away with valuable networking knowledge. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience.
